TERMS OF SERVICECONTENT

• Regarding other topics or in case of any questions, please contact the artist.• The cost of extra characters is 50% of the base price.• In the case of small variations of the same design, such as colors, details, or simple backgrounds, an additional 25% of the base price will be charged per variation.

• The version with a transparent background is free of charge.

• In the case of major variations, such as clothing and poses, an additional 50% of the base price will be charged per variation• In the case of more complex designs, the price may vary.

GENERAL

• The terms mentioned here refer to illustrations for personal use, and commercial use is prohibited. If you are interested in requesting an illustration for commercial use, please contact for pricing.• The right to use the image is exclusive to the clients, and the use or modification of the material by third parties is not allowed.• I reserve the right to include the artwork in my portfolio and on social media. If the client does not wish for it to be shared, or prefers it to be shared only after a specific date, please inform me during the initial contact.• Be clear in the description of your request and, if possible, send as many references as you can, even if they are not exact, including: poses, colors, details, accessories, etc.• Do not remove the signature under any circumstances. The copyright of the image remains with the artist, and sharing the illustration under the pretense that it was created by another person is not allowed.• Be respectful to the artist. The artist reserves the right to discontinue contact if it has been shown to be disrespectful.• I reserve the right to refuse a commission.• By hiring me for a commission, you agree to all the terms mentioned here.

PAYMENT

• Payment must be made 50% before the start of production and 50% upon completion of the artwork.• Production will begin after the initial payment is received.• The final drawing will only be sent without a watermark after the final payment is received.• Payment must be made via PayPal, and the client must send the payment receipt as soon as it is completed.

REFUNDS

• The initial payment will not be refunded if the client cancels after the sketch is completed.• The initial payment will be refunded if the artist is unable to complete the illustration within the deadline due to personal reason• In case of loss of contact or delay by the client resulting in the production deadline not being met, there will be no refund.• The artist is not responsible for dissatisfaction with the final artwork. Client dissatisfaction with the result is not grounds for a refund, as there is an opportunity to follow the artwork at all stages and the right to request modifications.

DEADLINES

• The deadline for completing the illustration is a maximum of one month after the start of production.• If you need the illustration in a shorter time frame, please contact the artist to check availability.

• Production within a reduced timeframe will incur an additional charge of 25% of the total value of the drawing (including additional characters).

• It is the artist's responsibility to provide updates on the development of the drawing at the end of each production stage.• It is essential for the client to follow the development of the artwork, as each completed stage requires approval. If there is no contact from the client, the deadlines may be extended.• The client can request updates on the drawing at any time, but it should be noted that this will not speed up the development process.

MODIFICATIONS

• During the sketch phase, changes will not be charged for — except in the case of very large changes that require restarting the artwork.• After the sketch phase, significant new changes will be charged separately.• Small changes, such as color modifications and minor details, will not be charged.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

• All artworks will be produced at 300 dpi.• The artwork will be produced in RGB.

• If the client wishes the artwork to be created in CMYK (suitable for printing), please inform in the initial contact. The color profile used for CMYK is FOGRA 39.• In the case of the artwork being created in CMYK, there may be limitations on the colors that can be used.• It should be noted that there may still be color variations between screens and printers.

• The artist typically works on square canvases of 4000 x 4000 px (approximately 34x34 cm). If you require a specific size, please communicate this during the initial contact.• The artwork will be delivered in PNG or JPG. If you need the artwork in another specific format, please inform the artist.•The final result will be sent by email in high quality.
